The Redskins have a new QB, as the Washington Post reports that the team has inked former Bears and Texans QB Rex Grossman: With the Texans, he worked under the Redskins’ new offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and also with Washington quarterback coach Matt LaFleur, so the Redskins’ staff knows exactly what it’s getting. On the surface, [read more...]

32 Dishes from the NFL Buffet

Here are some morsels I picked up scanning through the opening day NFL rosters: The Bills have 4 new starters on the OL; including two rookies and Karl Malone’s estranged son. The Dolphins have the tallest CB in the NFL.  6′3″ Sean Smith – a rookie from Utah. As of Thursday 9/10, Tom Brady’s back-up is rookie FA Brian Hoyer of Michigan St. The [read more...]

For arguments sake lets say disaster strikes, one of these players gets injured & you need to fill the void. [read more...]

Bears Expectations High with New QB Cutler

As you may have read, Peter King is ranking the Chicago Bears number 4 on the before training camp power rankings. I for one, was shocked. I don’t often see national writers showing our team any respect. To see Peter King put us this high has a been a surprise. I began to get worried though. I remember in 2002, [read more...]
